For my long runs I have given in to wearing traditional running shoes. I had been trying a pair of Vibram FiveFingers KSO's to see if they could be a replacement. What is your take on the barefoot vs. minimalist debate? I would rather go barefoot than try another minimalist shoe. Read my review of the Vibram FiveFingers KSO's at runnersglobe.blogspot.com. Go over to the gear section and scroll down to the review of the vibrams. I'd be interested to hear you opinions.PerpetualRunninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00755801354342503421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2202403991604173078.post-59059201433552284412010-11-20T11:16:53.722-08:002010-11-20T11:16:53.722-08:00Good luck with your traning. Kardea bars are are great snack to give you a boost before or after a workout. They are low fat, low carb, reduced sugar, whole grain, natural, and high protein (not to mention zero trans fat, kosher, vegan and high fiber!). I’m not sure if you do product reviews, but if you do, we’d love it if you’d consider Kardea. We are particularly interested in getting our products in front of bloggers with a focus on healthy eating, nutrition and fitness.

Kardea was founded by an avid cook and foodie, Rob Leighton, when he was diagnosed with high cholesterol in his late 40s. With a professional background in the food manufacturing business, he wanted to create healthy foods that were tasty and enjoyable to eat. His first products are gourmet wellness bars, which are unusually low calorie and more nutritious than most other energy or “nutrition” bars. Each bar contains 7 grams each of fiber and protein, and 1 gram of heart healthy plant sterols, in only 150 calories. They come in four flavors and have great texture, providing both chew and crunch. More importantly, they are delicious and very satisfying.

We’d be happy to send you a sampler pack if you would like to try (and blog about) our bars. Please email us at CustomerService@KardeaNutrition.com and provide your mailing address if you are interested.

Thank you!Robhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04729738010291624479noreply@blogger.com
